Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Suppliers must comply to all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
This includes compliance with labor laws, occupational health and safety laws, environmental regulations, and anti-corruption laws.
Labor and Human Rights
Suppliers should treat their employees fairly and with respect regardless of their sex, age, worldview, or religion. Any discrimination and bullying must not be condoned.
No child labor or forced labor is allowed.
Workers should have the right to organize and bargain collectively.
Environment, Health and Safety
Suppliers must be aware of the environmental impacts of their actions and should minimize their environmental impacts.
Suppliers must provide a safe and healthy working environment to employees.
Anti-Corruption and Bribery
Suppliers must not engage in any form of corruption, bribery, or unethical practices.
Transparency and honesty are expected.
Corporate Social Responsibility in the Supply Chain
Suppliers must ensure that their partners also observe any applicable laws, regulations, and Nestor Cables’ Supplier Code of Conduct.
Supervision of Compliance
Suppliers must provide Nestor Cables information on their compliance when requested.
Suppliers must permit Nestor Cables to conduct any necessary inspections and audits in their premises in order to verify compliance with this Supplier Code of Conduct.
By complying to this code of conduct, suppliers demonstrate their commitment to ethical business practices and contribute to a sustainable and responsible supply chain.
