Clearfield Inc., an American company that has been a good customer of Nestor for ten years, has signed an agreement to acquire the entire share capital of Nestor Cables Ltd.

Nestor Cables Ltd will continue to operate as an independent subsidiary of Clearfield. As part of the Clearfield Group, Nestor Cables will be in a better position to develop and expand its own activities in Europe and the cooperation with Clearfield will also become closer and more diversified.

Nestor's staff will continue to work for Nestor Cables Ltd on the same terms and conditions.
